Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms form an agreement between you and Kishan Singh (trading as "NTET Coaching"), the seller of the service ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

NTET Coaching is an online preparation platform for AYUSH teachers and postgraduate scholars appearing for the National Teachers Eligibility Test. It provides MCQs, mock tests, study notes, analytics and related features.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service unlawfully or to commit fraud or send spam.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with security, probe, scan, or scrape the service, or upload malware.
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense access without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits of the service.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, question banks, branding and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan, for your personal preparation only.

6. Payments and billing

Payments on NTET Coaching are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers — they are handled entirely by Razorpay. Supported methods include UPI, credit and debit cards, net-banking and popular wallets.

Plan prices, validity and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout. GST invoices are recorded inside your billing history and can be downloaded as PDF.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain limited data as required by law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
