NTET Coaching is operated by Kishan Singh ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with this service. Contact: support via the in-app help channel.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, login credentials.
- Profile data — preferences, progress, bookmarks, attempt history.
- Support data — messages you send us.
- Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, basic telemetry.
- Cookies — essential cookies for authentication and session continuity; optional analytics cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To create and manage your account (performance of contract).
- To provide and improve the service, including practice, mock tests and analytics (performance of contract; legitimate interests).
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests; legal obligation).
- To respond to support requests (performance of contract).
- To send service announcements; marketing only with your consent.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data with:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — our payment processor. Razorpay handles all payment data (card, UPI, netbanking, wallet) directly and we never see or store your full payment credentials. See Razorpay's privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
- Service providers (subprocessors) — hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics providers, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and tax advisers where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data; object to processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the support channel to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your data. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond promptly to incidents.
